
Pork Chops and Eskort Heidelberg Wors with char Grilled Corn and a Chakalaka Salad

Ingredients for the Shisanyama
- 4 Eskort Pork Loin Chops
- Eskort Heidelberger Wors
- 4 cobs of corn cut into quarters
- ¼ C Eskort Braai Spice
- 3 T oil for cooking
Ingredients Chakalaka Salad
- 1 C mild and spicy Chakalaka
- ½ C achar
- 1 tin butter beans
- ¼ C mayonnaise
- ½ C pickled vegetables
Method
- Get your fire nice and hot.
- Drizzle the chops and the corn with oil and spice both with the Eskort Braai Spice.
- Braai the wors for 7 min on each side.
- Braai the chops for 5 min on each side and 2 min on the fat.
- Braai the corn for 7 min turning after 3 min to ensure all sides are charred and sexy.
- While the meat is cooking prepare your salad.
- To prepare the salad, add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and give it a quick stir.
Serve
- Serve the meat, corn and salad with your choice of bread, pap or seamed bread.
