
ENZO’S the baked original

Ingredients
- 6 Eskort Chicken Viennas (500g Pack)
- 6 Hot dog rolls
- 1 tbs Olive oil
- 1/2 Onion Tomato sauce
- 3 Pickles/Dill
- 5 tbs Mayonnaise
- 2 tbs Wholegrain Mustard Cheddar cheese Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Finely chop the onion and the robot peppers.
- Heat a pan with a tablespoon of oil.
- Switch on the oven at 180 degrees.
- Fry the onion till they are translucent, add the peppers and fry everything till soft.
- Finely chop the pickles.
- Cut the rolls open.
- Boil the Vienna for 4min While they are boiling mix mayonnaise with mustard in a small bowl and smear each side of the rolls.
- Grate the cheese.
- Drain the viennas and pat dry with a kitchen towel before putting them in the rolls.
- Add tomato sauce to both sides of the roll and sprinkle with the chopped pickles, onion and robot pepper relish.
- Generously sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a casserole or oven tray for 10 mins until the cheese melts.
