The Soweto Derby Hot Dog
Ingredients:
- 2 Eskort Smoked Russians
- 4 Milk bread buns
- ¼ C butter
- 2C Black sesame seeds
- ¼ C of your favorite atchar mix
- 2 t garlic mayo
- 2 t Eskort mustard
Optional Extras:
- 500g Eskort Mini Cheese grillers
- 500g Eskort Mini Viennas
Method:
- Heat a frying pan over a moderate heat and fry the Russians until golden.
- Brush the outsides of your buns with the butter and roll it in the sesame seeds.
- Add the Russians to the buns.
- Top with the mayo and mustard.
- Dollop with your atchar and serve.
Optional:
Braai the mini viennas and mini cheese grillers and serve on the side, while watching the game.
