Mini Cheese Grillers with white bean hummus

Ingredients:

  • 500g Eskort Mini Cheese Grillers 
  • 2 T oil for cooking

Hummus Ingredients:

  • 1 tin butter beans
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ¼ C olive oil 
  • Juice from 1 lemon 
  • 1 t cumin 
  • 1 T peanut butter 
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • Add all the ingredients for the hummus in a food processor or into a jug to make into a paste. 
  • Taste for salt and pepper before seasoning.
  • Fry the mini cheese grillers in a frying pan over a moderate heat for about 5 min with a little bit of oil.
