
Pork Schnitzels and salad for 4 Under R200

Ingredients:
- 4 Eksort Pork Schnitzels
- 2 C Eskort Creamy Black Pepper sauce
- 4 tomatoes cut into quarters
- 4 C mixed lettuce leaves
- 1 C feta
- ½ a large cucumber chopped
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- Salad dressing of your choice
Method
- Place the pork schnitzels in the air fryer for 10 min on 180°C.
- Heat the creamy black pepper sauce for 90 sec in the microwave.
- Assemble the salad.
Serve:
- Serve the salad with the schnitzels and serve the sauce over the schnitzels.
