
Creamy Smoked Pork Neck Bake

Ingredients
- Eskort Smoked Pork Neck Steaks
- 1 C leeks, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- ¼ C sage
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- Zest and juice from 1 lemon
- 2 C cream
- 1 C mascarpone cheese
- 1 pack gnocchi cooked
- 1 C white cheddar grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for cooking
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Heat a frying pan over a moderate heat.
- Fry the leeks, garlic, sage and chilli for 5 min.
- Add the cream and mascarpone followed by the lemon zest and juice.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the pork neck steaks and the gnocchi into an ovenproof dish and pour the sauce over.
- Top with the grated cheese and bake for 15 mins.
