
Brunch Time Chicken Polony and Baked Bean Toastie

Ingredients
- Eskort 180g Sliced Chicken Polony
- 6 slices white/brown bread
- 1 tin baked beans in tomato sauce
- ¼ C mayonnaise
- 6 boiled eggs
- ¼ C margarine/butter
Method
- Turn the grill of your oven on medium.
- spread with the sliced of bread with margarine.
- Add the slices of bread onto a baking tray and grill until the toast slices until golden.
- Add mayonnaise to each slice and top with the baked beans.
- Add the chicken polony on top of the baked beans.
- Thinly slice or mash the boiled eggs and add it to the toast.
Serve
- Serve while the toast is still hot, and before everyone gets hangry.
